Course Outline

INTRODUCTION

While the structure and process of documentation and a few practical exercises are covered during the Development and Implementation course, many people still struggle to address the documentation requirements of the standards resulting in long time delays and extra work and cost associated with redoing the documentation.

TRAINING COURSE

This three-day training course takes the participants through the process in greater detail with more practical hands on preparation of key documents like policies, procedures, SMART quality objectives, quality policy statement and records. Critical procedures like Document Control and Control of Records will be covered.
