INTRODUCTION
ISO 9001 International Standard describes the Management System for organisations providing products and services.
The effectiveness of the management system is monitored through a programme of internal audits. Competent trained auditors are necessary for conducting internal auditors to monitor the implementation and maintenance of the management system.
TRAINING COURSE
This four day training course is aimed at all personnel who are to be involved in conducting internal audits of the management system
The training course includes:
- The principles and practices of auditing
- Managing audit programmes
- The four audit phases.
- Preparation of nonconformities
- The characteristics of an auditor
- Practical auditing exercise
An examination is given at the end of the training
