Course Outline

This is a four-day training course aimed at all personnel who are interested and/or involved in the development and implementation of ISO 17025:2017 management system for testing or calibration laboratories.

This course covers:

• Process approach and Risk Management
• What the standard requires
• How to develop a Management System
• How to implement a Management System
• Practical Exercises.

An examination is given at the end of the training.
