INTRODUCTION
ISO 15189:2022 International Standard describes the requirements for competence of medical laboratories in order for them and their results to be recognised internationally.
The effectiveness of the management system is monitored through a programme of internal audits. Competent trained auditors are necessary for conducting internal auditors to monitor the implementation and maintenance of the management system.
TRAINING COURSE
This four-day training course is aimed at all personnel who are to be involved in conducting internal audits of the management system for medical laboratories.
The training course includes:
- The principles and practices of auditing
- Managing audit programmes
- The four audit phases.
- Preparation of nonconformities
- The characteristics of an auditor
- Practical auditing exercise
An examination is given at the end of the training
