This is a four-day training course aimed at all personnel who are interested and/or involved in the development and implementation of ISO 15189:2012 management system for medical laboratories.
This course covers:
- Process approach and Risk Management
- What the standard requires
- How to develop a Management System
- How to implement a Management System
- Practical Exercises
An examination is given at the end of the training.
